The student can utilize the platform to request help or assistance from experts.

Experts can join KHLES to provide assistance for students and make money from their knowledge and experience.

“KHLES” is an Arabic phrase commonly used between people and means “Get It Done”!

You can post an order after registering in KHLES as a client.

It will cost you nothing! Posting an order is completely FREE.

You can ask for anything you want. This could be asking for an assistance in writing an article or a report, preparing a thesis, design work, programming a piece of software, etc.

Your order will be viewed by all experts on KHLES. In order to receive offers from experts which you are more likely looking for, you should choose a clear title for your order, select the type of order that matches your requirement the most, pick all the skills that you are looking for in an expert, choose a suitable budget range and deadline when you want the work to be delivered to you at the latest, then provide a complete description of what you are expecting an expert to deliver & support your order with any attachments.

No, you can’t. This to ensure that all experts are submitting their offers based on the same requirement.

Many experts will be able to have a look at your order and submit their offers. You’ll be able to chat with all experts that have already submitted their offers to your order. This is to ensure that they understand your request and they have what it takes to accomplish and deliver what you are expecting before awarding your order.

There are many factors that will help you to pick the best expert to work on your order. The factors are:

  • Expert Profile: You can visit the expert profile to have a look at their education, experience, skills, etc.
  • Reviews: Each expert will receive a review from their client in each order. This will be shown as stars next to the expert’s profile picture. These stars will give you an idea of other clients’ experiences of working with this expert. Also, you can read what clients said about the expert on the expert’s profile page.
  • Number of completed orders: This will give you an indication of how many successful orders an expert has delivered in KHLES.
  • Number of orders in progress: This will give you an indication of how much is the current demand on the expert.
  • Price: How much the expert is willing to be paid for working on your request.

Moreover, you can chat with experts as soon as they bid on your order to ask them whatever you want.

Don’t worry, you can search for any expert from the Experts page. From there you can search for experts and open their profile page. From an expert’s profile page, you can invite them to participate and bid on your order by clicking the INVITE button.

The processing fee to the client is 5% of the awarding offer quote.

We accept payments using the following Visa and MasterCard credit cards as well as NAPS debit cards.

After awarding the order, the money you’ve paid will be transferred from your account to KHLES. The expert will not receive the money until you are completely satisfied with the delivery and mark the order as complete.

If the expert has not responded to you for a long time, not met your deadline or you are not happy with their work, you’ll have the opportunity to submit a dispute from the order page.

Once a dispute is submitted, the system will wait for 96 hours (4 days) for the expert to contact you and try to satisfy you. If the issue is resolved with your expert, you have to mark the dispute as resolved from the order details page.

If the expert acknowledged your dispute within the 96 hours (4 days) acknowledgement period, the dispute will be taken to the KHLES team for investigation and to make a decision of whether to complete the order and pay the expert the full amount or to cancel the order and refund the client the full amount, excluding the processing fee, which will be credited back into his KHLES account balance to be used for future orders and not back to his credit card. The KHLES team’s decision will be final and is implied to be accepted by both the client and expert.

If the expert didn’t acknowledge the dispute within the 96 hours (4 days) acknowledgement period, the client will be refunded the full amount, excluding the processing fee, which will be credited back into his KHLES account balance to be used for future orders and not back to his credit card, and the order will be marked as cancelled.

If your order reached the deadline you entered during posting it and it is still not awarded to any expert, it will be automatically cancelled by the system.

You’ll receive a daily email listing the new orders that might be of interest to participate in depending on your skills.

No, but always be reasonable otherwise you will lose the bid to another reasonable expert.

Yes, you can. But once the client has awarded you the order, you will not be able to edit your offer.

You’ll receive it once the order awarded to you is marked as completed by your client. You’ll see your money added to your KHLES balance in the dashboard page.

The processing fee to the expert is 15% of the expert’s offer.

Your money will be withdrawn from KHLES to your PayPal account.

The minimum amount to be withdrawn from your KHLES balance is 50 Qatari Riyal.

No maximum. You can withdraw as much as you want.

A maximum of 30 days. We promise that we’ll try to approve it before that.

If you are facing a problem with your client, for example you believe that you finished the work as requested but the client is not marking the project as completed, you can submit a dispute from the order details page.

Once a dispute is submitted, the system will wait for 96 hours (4 days) for the client to contact you and try to resolve the issue. If the issue is resolved with your client, you have to mark the dispute as resolved.
